Hi Etienne,

My heartfelt thanks & appreciation for the beautiful dedication you did for James. I can see your website is truly a labour of love & your photos are just exquisitely beautiful & real. So many peaceful, joyful, happy people shining with love.

I've forwarded your email to Jame's Mom & Dad & to his sister Lauren. I wanted to know if you'd mind if I posted the link to your website on Jame's facebook page for all his friends & family to appreciate? Not just the dedication, but all your beautiful portraits so they can see why Jame's loved visiting Manjushri every year. It was the people he met there who most inspired him on his path. His sangha family.

Let me know if you're comfortable with the idea. Again, thank you for the picture you took of James. It is the last & the one his family & I hold most dear & we'll be forever grateful that on that day he stood out of the crowd for you.

Much love,

Taryn

What a wonderful job you have done with this project! I am so happy to a part of it! The photos alone are beautiful-very descriptive, and the text, well the it made me weep a bit. For me, it was as if I was talking to someone who fully understood my personal need to be at Manjushri. Your photos brought me back to a loving familiarity that stands as the most powerful and important thing I have done in my life.Thank you for creating a project that I can always look upon to remind me of those three incredible weeks.

Best wishes, Kristen

Etienne.. You made a difference in Manjushri with your project, your enthusiasm, and your communication skills by giving the opportunity to everybody to be included in the Portrait Manjushri project. ... You should be proud of yourself. This project has created only positive feelings to everybody, by giving them the chance to feel included, by hearing each individuals personal story and as such by giving picture/life in the Kadampa community.. What you did is a result of your patience, dedication and love!

Great job ! Elisavet
